Meet NIPPI
NIPPI is run by Nikki and Peter. We grew up in China, developing an intimate understanding of its culture, landscapes, and hidden gems. Later, we spent many years studying and living in the U.S., gaining international perspectives and honing our skills in corporate consulting. Now, we are settled in Europe, with bases in Spain and Beijing, splitting our time between China and the rest of the world through constant travel.
As Travel Strategists, we design personalized journeys, provide expert consulting, and create thoughtful travel plans—covering everything from initial inspiration to detailed execution. Our mission is to make travel not just a trip, but a transformative experience.

Yaya manages local operations and ensures every experience is seamless on the ground. She is the bridge between our vision and the reality in China, handling logistics, partner relations, and on-the-spot problem solving.

Lee oversees global client relations and strategy. He ensures our clients abroad receive smooth, personalized support and brings an international lens to our travel planning, keeping everything aligned with world-class standards.
